Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the services offered by Premiere Urban Landscapes UAE (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, website, or communicating with us in any form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Premiere Urban Landscapes UAE provides professional landscaping and garden care services, including but not limited to house landscaping, lawn mowing and cleaning, greenhouse nursery support, rooftop gardening, indoor plantation, and vegetable gardening. All services are offered subject to availability and site assessment.
2. Service Appointments
All services must be booked in advance. Appointment scheduling is subject to confirmation and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, access issues, or unforeseen delays. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any service as necessary.
3. Pricing and Payments
Service prices are provided following consultation or site visit. Clients must make payment through approved methods, including cash or bank transfer, by the agreed due date. Late payments may be subject to service interruptions or additional fees.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds are granted only for services not rendered and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Property Access and Client Responsibility
Clients must ensure our team has timely and safe access to the service area. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to locked access points, unsafe working conditions, or interference. Any damage to property or plants prior to our arrival remains the client’s responsibility.
6. Health and Safety
Our staff adhere to safety procedures while working on client properties. Clients must inform us in advance of any on-site risks such as pets, exposed electrical systems, or irrigation lines. We may suspend work if safety is compromised.
7. Materials and Plant Availability
All materials, plants, and products are subject to availability and seasonal limitations. We reserve the right to provide equivalent substitutions where exact items are unavailable. Please note that plant appearance may vary due to natural differences.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Premiere Urban Landscapes UAE, including logos, branding, images, and text, is protected under copyright laws. Use or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Client details are collected only for the purpose of service delivery and are not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by UAE law, Premiere Urban Landscapes UAE shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
